Do you remember when Initiate Crafter, Felicia Worthington told you go to Mooshu to see Adapt Crafter, Toshio?

Toshio will give you the quests what you need to do, he give you this Seal of the Seraphim.  Remember, the Black Lotus sometimes hard to find but the secrets are the best time in morning or at night, while you can gather Black Lotus at Mooshu.   Or the gardening will drop black lotus as long you need.  Or go to Bazaar to buy black lotus, it is cost lot of gold.  

Oh, he require the new crafting table station is Equipment Crafting Station.

Go make the rings.

 When you done, you go back to Toshio, he will test it out, then give you other quest require is Possibility Dirk.

You done with crafting quest, go back to Toshio, he give you the rewards.

You got the Adapt Crafter Badge, good job! 

Now what?  Talk to Toshio. He will tell you go to Dragonspyre to meet the Master Artisan, Balthazar Dragonthorn.
