Go to Celestia, find Floating Land on left side where the tube go to up to island.  I will show you the maps. Hehe...   Anyway, find Pierce Stanson in Floating Land, Celestia.  See little green arrow?  That where Pierce Stanson is.

~You can buy Polymorph Treant TC after you get level 55 at The Archvist (District of the Stars, Celestia), but the other way before level 55 is crafting, find Kimba Kalla, the Treasure Card Recipes Vendor at Floating Land, Celestia.
